Hi! My name is Steven De La Rosa and I am a Mechanical Engineering freshman at FSC. I have one older brother who would come off as my twin until you realize we're three years apart. I graduated from Kings Park HS in 2018 and have lived in Kings Park since I was 4. Some of my favorite hobbies are to play sports with my friends, go to the beach, and work on cars. I have a passion for cars even though I drive a Honda accord, since I know I will get something sportier after I graduate. My family is a jeep family, with my parents having almost 10 different hemi Grand Cherokees since my brother was born. I also love nature and the outdoors which inspired me to go camping when I was younger. I'm am different from other people because I'm left handed, have blue eyes, and am double-jointed. I do well in school and take pride in my work with last semester getting on the president's list at Farmingdale getting great grades in all my classes. My mom is 100% Italian while my dad is a mix between Puerto Rican, Irish, Spanish, and Italian. I currently work part time at Stop and Shop but over the year there, I have made numerous friends. A fun activity I do with my father is house construction, whether it be making a new closest, fixing something broken, or refurbishing something old.
